luggage [can it be short checked?]
Hi im flying to Duqum via Muscat from LHR, last october i did the same journey and my luggage got lost, can i ask at LHR if i can pick up my luggage in Muscat and re check in for my flight to Duqum? Apparantly the scanning machine at Duqum is not yet operational so luggage checked in at LHR often goes missing HELP
