New promo for Valentines day selected destinations with 50% point reduction: among others Hong Kong for 60 € + 45.000 point. Very interesting for me.
I tried several suitable dates, but it never returned any availability. I called the CS Platinum line and asked when could I book this. This friendly but not-so-knowledgeable service agent tried some dates, then asked an experienced colleague and finally replied to me: Sir, you need to find the available dates with trial-and-error.
Why to place an offer if it is not available? Any hints how to handle this?
