I invited a friend at the 2G lounge 2 years ago, to come over and join me, while he was leaving to CPH from 2F. The lounge dragons insisted that he should use the 2F lounge instead, but since he was my guest, he was allowed in.
In any case, the food offer at 2G an 2F is exactly the same. The main difference is the layout, that feels less crowded, although both lounges are currently equally full of pax. I would advise you to attend the closest 2F lounge to your departure gate, and go downstairs : the area is calmer, the food offer is slighly more diverse, and there are less people.
