For the record, here is a picture of the King Amlet lounge in Billund airport, used by AF/KL (and many others as this is the only lounge). The lounge is currently under renovation leading the left part when entering the lounge closed, which reduces the capacity of about a third. Guest are invited to use the "Business area" instead so it is not really quiet anymore there.
Food selection looked pretty basic to me (a few danish pastries and salads) but I have only been to that lounge during the morning. Newspapers available but mainly in danish.
Lounge has a view on the tarmac but do not expect to see if your plane is boarding from there. But as you can see on the picture, information screens are available in the lounge.
