The changes don’t seem that bad to me, and they seem relatively mild compared to what Marriott has been doing.

For my travel patterns, it’s mostly the beach property changes that most impact me from this round of adjustments. For my city stays unrelated to beach and ski trips, the Hyatt hotels category changes don’t hit me much as those adjustments are mostly in the US and places where booking via other channels works just fine for me.
