Travelling from MAN this afternoon, HBO. My bag has a gold tag on it (yes, I’m aware this has been debated before) but I was asked to put a blue BA address label on the bag. Didn’t require to write anything on it. Other passengers were seemingly asked the same. Seems a bit pointless to me.

Is is this a new policy or just a confusion by check in staff?
