The Sofitel is likely to be the most expensive ( you may be able to get it on Last Minute.com as it is the only 5* Heathrow hotel) but is very handy for T5
The HGI at hatton cross is about a 5-10 minute wak from the tube station ( if you have luggage it might be a hassle) and was reasonable ( the breakfast buffet was good)
The Hilton at T4 is pretty good with the covered walkway so you can take the baggage trolley to the front door.
If you were willing to use the HEX or Connect you could consider the Hilton Paddington as it is above the station.
