Great post! I'd ask Autoslash to edit their article. It's unnecessarily long, and then jumps from $7.49 to $16.49 in the last sentence... While I still can't understand all of the rules and possibilities in DC area (article only talks I-66). What about express lanes on I-95 both sides of DC, and some near Baltimore? Is the button REQUIRED or convenient?
