A little late to the game. Sorry if I missed something. Just confirming what I am able to glean: my OC 1-5 reservations need to have certs detached if I want to change reservation or property, is that right? The OC is good until its original expiration date. I can book elsewhere, but wise to do so before March 5, or experience a double devaluation if I hold and convert my OC 1-5 to a NC 1-4, before the original expiration (and in exchange for the double hit, I get a year extension, with the caveat that my MMV), is that about right? Any strategies for better CSR outcomes? Are there better times in the day to call? Just the number on the dashboard we all use? (I'm no ambassador.) My experiences with calling are mixed. Very. Others here similarly?
