It looks like that is the old Sheraton that is right by I95 and the DCOTA (Design Center of the Americas). It appears they will significantly renovate and reclad the building.
It is pretty convenient to the airport, cruise ship ports, I95 and the TriRail station. One exit north of the big cluster of airport hotels at Sterling Rd.
