with Airhelp, ClaimCompass etc you give up up to 30%. You can go with Austrian office Agentur für Passagier- und Fahrgastrechte (apf)

I just checked the link and it seems they are down now. But this must be just temporary.
APF once helped my with a denied boarding on an error fare. Fully win and their service is great and free. I think they are funded by the Austrian government.
