Almost the same here. Applied on January 1, payment processed, application still pending. My wife's was submitted on the 5th. She received her renewal card in less than a week. Our travel history is almost the same. Only major difference I can see is birthdays (card expiration). Hers is in March, mine isn't until September. Suspect they could be clearing all the applications with earlier expirations that built up over the shutdown.
