My (second) renewal is still PENDING since Nov. 19 [reapplied at T-364]. I check every few days to see any status update--would checking that often be an issue?
I applied for renewal around Thanksgiving and am still pending. Thankfully mine doesn't expire until August. It's still a bit eyebrow-raising how long it's taken.
My boyfriend applied December 4th and is also still pending. His expires in April.
I wonder if the amount of countries you've visited affects the process.
