Actually, Istanbul is a place I don't intend traveling to for the moment, full stop. I hope to go back sometime, though, because Turkey is a great place. I guess hotels are cheap all over the country and I expect we will see a lot of Turkish IHG hotels on Pointbreaks this year.
If they do probably still will be a terrible deal.
CP Antalya was a few time on the PB list for 5 000 in the last 2 years and the price there was as low as 11 Eur around 12$.
So if you use 5 000 pts you are actually paying 3 times the rate and forfeit the points you could accumulate.
But this is the state of the PB now.
