I'm glad it worked out for you. Your datapoint scared me, to be honest. To your Amex rep's defense, the T&Cs do state that the rebate will take between 6 to 10 weeks. If that ever becomes the new normal, I'll be cancelling my Biz Plat. 32 days is plenty of delay.
