. They're getting kicked off because of the odor. The crew may have been notified of such by the passengers, but it's the crew's ultimate call as to whether it rises to a violation of the COC.
Unless AA expects them to take long , hot showers with lots of soap in their comped hotel room, doesn't seem to be a problem anymore
