First time in AA international Business for LAX-EZE, nothing on the menu looks that enticing, Is there any chance of a chef's special while on-board? I guess I would have to go with the braised short-ribs.

celery and carrot couscous, sautéed vegetables
- Buffalo Skillet Chicken Buffalo Skillet Chicken selected for for LAX to EZE
jalapeño cheddar corn cakes, Gorgonzola, golden beet and carrot slaw
- Bulgur and Feta Stuffed Portobello Mushroom Bulgur and Feta Stuffed Portobello Mushroom selected for for LAX to EZE
roasted golden beets, crumbled fontina, arrabbiata sauce
Any suggestions from experience would be appreciated.
