I just completed a stay here (trip report coming soon, but wanted to reply to your message). We were a party of 3(2 adults and one toddler). There was no extra charge of $75 per extra person per day charged. My guess is that this is in the policies if there are more that 4 people in the room or maybe if there are more than 2 adults in the room. I did see it stated that 17 and under has no charge, which makes me think it might be for having more than 2 adults. Perhaps others have better input. But from my recent experience, you shouldn’t have a surprise at check out.
