Lurkers or others any comment on the issue of SNAs being immediately cancelled when applied? I am similarly having issues applying SNAs for a reward stay I have next month. Same issue using app, website and even ringing SPG/Marriott platinum lines and asking them to apply - in every case SNAs are applying and then immediately returned to my account.
Similar, yet different problem for me. I also have a reward stay next month - all avenues (incl ringing SPG line) yields an error message with the phrase: "Correction needed.An error has occurred. Please try again later."
Have been advised to try again closer to the stay. Hmmmmm....
