6 am arrival to HEL is just as bad, except if you are 1) coming home or 2) have AY connections to Europe. I don't see AY codesharing with HO on the PVG route, so
#2 is probably out.
It seems that Chinese airlines are testing the ice - sooner or later some of them will actually fly and some of those will actually remain.
