Hi,
I was through in 30seconds on 1st Jan ( arrived on the later flight at 1940) with no queue in front ( was in CE) and waited about 15mins fot baggage ( irrelevant with HBO) then a 10-15min walk from 2A through 2C to the CDG VAL.TGV station.
