If you have a lot of people from Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand etc coming in at the same time, you will
definitely be held up. And Terminal 1 is for sure a longer queue.
Terminal 3 is usually cleared very quickly.
Bear in mind, if you are one of these:
- Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) passport holders
- Australian passport holders
- People's Republic of China (PRC) passport holders
- United States of America (US) passport holders
- Malaysian citizens
You can use the automated machines but will need to register first
