Hey guys, so I'm traveling for the first time with a friend who has a peanut allergy. He was planning on being able to preboard in order to wipe down his seat area for precautionary reasons, but since I'm managing his trip, he asked me to request that for him. My problem is that I can't find any option on United's site to request preboard for such reason, I know other airlines do it, so how could I do such thing with United?
You can probably ask at the gate, but why can't he wipe down his seat during regular boarding?
