Marriott direct same room £1169 5 nights non refundable inc taxes. refundable rate is around £1300

Therefore my question is can I book the refundable and reference the none refundable in the comments that they can change the rate? I dont mind been non refundable if they honor the LNF price guarantee.

Also they dont use the 1 night free cancellation as a cheeky get out do they?
