Targeted/pre-approval on upgrade from Ascend to Aspire
I logged into my Amex account today and saw a banner saying I can upgrade my existing Hilton Ascend to an Aspire and earn 150K points after spending $4k in 3m. Does anyone know if this will result in a credit inquiry?
