Has anyone got any opinions on those Stretchy/Spandex type luggage covers you see on eBay?
They look practical for several reasons ...
- protect soft bags from picking up grime
- prevent bags from flying open (an alternative to a strap)
- very light
- you can also pick a pattern that will be easier to spot your bag, especially if your bags are common colors (like mine)
Since they are not padded it doesn't give much impact/gouging protection, but my main concern is how long would spandex last (either tearing or the stitching).
