I'm pretty sure that Terminal 5 has a TSA Pre line, but I could not use it when I was there. I had TSA Pre on my domestic United flight to ORD, but I left ORD on Lufthansa and I did not have TSA Pre on that segment. This meant that I could not use TSA Pre at Terminal 5.
