If differential pricing is possible, so is double-differential pricing (e.g., requires P, R, and W inventory to book). It’s just one additional check. A software update might be needed, but it doesn’t seem like it would be a complex one; just make sure the inventory checks are loops.
Practically, though, it seems like a nightmare given the size of the PE cabin relative to J. If you link P and R availability, you risk not being able to fill your J cabin because PE sales were brisk, or filling PE with R passengers just to keep P available.
