If you wish to avoid all hassle with transportation from the airport, you can pre-book with a third party (e.g. Viator) but it will definitely be a more expensive option

I used hanoitransfer to the city and hanoiairporttaxi back to the airport save $1 each way that way thusly it will be $23 all prebooked, no problems with either of them
