Here's the current claim on the Comfort+ features web page, with 'up to' being the key term:
Delta Comfort+ gives you space, with up to 3 more inches of legroom on domestic flights and up to 4 more inches on international.
IMHO, if they have 34" pitch in Comfort+ Delta execs won't lose sleep.
