Hi!
We've been invited to a summer wedding at Big Sky this June (2019). I believe the reception is at the Summit Hotel. Is staying "on-site" Huntley Lodge or Summit Hotel or condo preferable? We would rent a car, but would really like to just walk everywhere mostly. Is it a "village" type resort?? We would like to hike, restaurants, mountain biking... Also bring our golf clubs. We will be heading to Detroit to visit our son there after Big Sky, so our routing will be MEM-BZN-DTW-MEM.
We are New Englanders who have visited ski resorts in VT in both winter and summer, so we have a general idea of what to expect ( we think ).
