For my taste, I like Peking duck better, especially the skin. I mean, the skin is the best part, and that's where Peking duck does it much better than roasted. Since I love duck so much, there have been times where I've ordered an entire duck all by myself.
On your way back HKG, after the fatty duck, you can stop by the Pen for a cigar & brandy, an ideal way to finish off the meal, in my view.
