I agree, I would just show up early and shrug your shoulders if they mention something about the order your name shows on their screen or boarding pass. When I have transposed something I'd estimate 75% of the time checkin agent types for a bit and fix it without mentioning it. 25% of the time they leave the BP as is and security screeners don't see any mismatch since first middle and last names are there..

With people buying tickets worldwide, some systems show last/first, some first/last, some say first names, some say surname, some say family name. things like this are bound to happen.
