Which gate were you bussed to? Did you clear customs/immigration in T4 or walk to TBIT for it?
I was on this flight too. We were bussed to T4 and processed there. Was actually pretty easy (and much better than departure where we bussed out at PVG to a remote stand to wait to board the 789 in the cold!)
