Another data point if needed...call General Reservation line and the CSR didn't seem to know much about the travel packages, but was able to quickly read up on it as I helped "guide" her, too. She was able to convert my OC7 to NC5 and she did quote the QP91 code. The expiration date did extend another year and I was able to attached the new cert to my reservation. All done in about 10 mins...pleasantly surprised. Good luck, Everyone!
Was able to convert my OC7 to NC5, after 30 minutes. But told by 1 CSR my 5 night package would be 135,000 points to upgrade, and by 2 others "we don't do that anymore." The 135,000 for upgrading a 5 night cert is way hi...How are others doing?
