For LAX it would seem AA Flagship First Lounge in Terminal 4 is the best, especially for the a la carte dining options they offer. Otherwise the Oneworld First lounge at TBIT is the best option.
For IAD it seems you have 1 choice only since AA doesn't have a lounge there. This is the BA lounge.
nah, Qantas First Lounge is defo better than AA Flagship, in my opinion.
