What did they give you for booking a room with a nonexistent view? Considering the strict EU and UK consumer protection laws this could be an issue for the hotel.
The buffet is free of charge to Platinum and above. The buffet does not have the widest selection, but very good quality. The buffet also has scrambled eggs, sausages, and few other hot items. More than perfectly fine in my view.
