To me the fact that there will be no way to get to city other than by bus/taxi/limo is a huge issue... they advertise it like the next wonder of the world with 90mil pax going to 150mil... and yet no metro until 2020 at best and buses and taxis takes arriving passengers only to the city? Sounds like a big gridlock ending in a transport collapse....
