I was able to cross the 75 night threshold yesterday (without combining my accounts, so I can stall that until sometime in the new year). I was one night short on my SPG account, so I called in to get my birthday elite night credit that never posted even though I was told on Oct 31 that it would take 5-10 business days. (Terrible CS paid off as I decided to post it to SPG account instead of Marriott account.)

Today, I was able to select my 75 night gift (wiki updated with list of gifts available). Since I already have 10 SNAs, I chose the free night and it has already been deposited to my account! ^
