This was the menu for JFK-HNL today, minus the cod entree. I ordered a Hindu (HNML) meal. The first meal was a curry trio of kidney beans, paneer, and bell peppers with a side of lentils, grilled and raw veggies, and some sort of tomato paste. Dessert was a side of pineapple, grapes, and strawberries. The salad was a pile of arugula (with no dressing) with two pepperoncini and a cherry tomato.
The second meal was grilled tofu on a bed of brown rice with raisins and carrots. A small side salad came with it, as well as a second fruit plate.
