It just seems that management highly prefers the A330 and with so many on order they're going to have to go somewhere. And like I said, there are no current international expansion plans aside from a hypothetical return to BOM. And that would have to be done by a 777 or 350. I bet United would be glad to buy the 764 from Delta. United has picked up some used 767's from Hawaiian to fill the void until the 797 arrives. It could be a lucrative deal for both airlines. United gets an immediate increase in international capacity and Delta can further simplify their widebody fleet.
