EK First Class Awards - Expertflyer
I am searching Expertflyer and it is showing two first class award tickets on multiple JFK -MXP EK flights in June 2019 but JAL Mileage Bank, when I call, says they aren't available. Is this typical for Expertflyer to be incorrect or is the agent on the other line missing something? With up to an hour wait time, hang up and call back is quite cumbersome.
