Thank you. I’ve just checked the e-ticket which lists the booking class as “I” (India) while according to the SAS app, the booking class is “SAS Business”. At least based on the SAS App, I still belive an uninformed traveller has at least some reason to expect some degree of business class feel to the soft product when it’s a 4,5 hours flight - otherwise the booking class should say “SAS Plus”.
