I was able to register for an on-line account after I received and activated my card (and can log in on-line), but can't seem to log into the app. However, there are several different City National Bank apps. I'm using the one with the ladder. Is there something I need to know, or am not doing correctly?
I cannot get the app to work either. I read somewhere (here or reddit) that the app only works if you also have a bank account with them. They are a strange bank (but I am not complaining
