I had heard similar reports about F3... is it permanently dead? At least last time I cleared F1 Pre it seemed more efficient than when I gave it up for the permanent lack of dog-bowls and presence of slow pax.
Seems to be so, all signage pertaining to premier and TSA Pre is gone.
Clear is there though.
