I've decided to give the Waldorf Astoria (old MO) a try for a future stay instead of staying at the Cosmo. I have liked the Cosmo on past stays but the WA was in the same price range and it gets good reviews. Part of my decision is also based on the overall CS I have received recently at the merged MR. My frustration with them has pushed me to look for HH alternatives more often and the WA LV seems like a good alternative to the Cosmo.
