They ask pax to limit to a max 90 mins. But even with a long hot bath you'd be pressed to eat up more than an hour (and there are usually others waiting). I might use the 'relax' area for 10-15 mins.
I wondered about the 90 mins maximum until the Lufthansa FCT in August when a solo passenger was in there for something like two and a half hours. What were they doing??!!
