In the case of my flights, it was a non-refundable ticket. They cancelled it for me anyways, at no charge, since the change was greater than two hours. They put the UR back into my account.

I did not want them to change my existing reservations, because the price went down. I will re-book myself when the system is back up, saving me about $500 total for three tix.
