Kudos to IT Department (Improved Confirmation Email Format)
I just received confirmation on three upcoming flights and I am really pleased by the format of the emails. On one piece of paper, with duplex printing, I have all the essential information I need for my future flight plans. This is especially helpful to those of use that book far in advance to frequently visited destinations because if you change your plans, who doesn't, you have a simple record of the flight/payment information needed for future reuse. Of course it can also be stored electronically all in one place.
I know there has historically been considerable criticism about SW's IT capabilities but this time I think they really got it right, Credit is due when credit is really deserved.
