I have the UK Marriott Rewards credit card from Creation and, despite qualifying for the 10 stays bonus, the stays have not been credited to my account.
I spoke to Creation and they said the stays have been credited to my account, but they haven’t. I spoke to Marriott on the phone and they opened a support ticket but never followed up. I sent an email to

Im set to finish on 41 nights for the year so will lose my Platinum status without these bonus stays.
Any ideas on how to resolve this before the end of the year? Incidentally I’ve had this credit card for several years and have always received the bonus nights in previous years.
